By March, the excitement of the new year has settled—and real life has taken over. This is your invitation to pause, reassess, and consciously claim your direction for 2026.
Join us for a private 2-hour somatic healing and meditation experience focused on clarity, intention, and embodied choice. Through guided somatic practices (including breathwork and energy healing), you’ll release emotional residue, unconscious patterns, and belief systems that may no longer align with where you’re headed.
Led by Katie Hargreaves (LCSW, Addiction Specialist, and Somatic Practitioner), this experience will help you reconnect to your body’s intelligence, so your intentions come from alignment, not obligation.
Be sure to bring a water bottle, yoga mat, journal, and writing utensil. If you tend to get cold during meditation, please bring a blanket or sweater so that you are comfortable during the experience. You are also welcome to bring an optional backjack.
Please arrive on time as the session will start promptly. (Plan for extra time to find parking. There is typically free street parking available on Kings Road, Sweetzer Avenue, and nearby streets.)
