Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this simple class will help you end your day with a healthy balance of mind and body. Together, we will work through beginner yoga positions to move stagnant energy and end with a pranayama to clear stress for sound sleep.

Led by Victoria Saretzky, '16GS, Founder of Rise to Ritual. Victoria is a wellness practitioner and professional dancer based out of Los Angeles. While dancing professionally and teaching french, she completed a holistic health coaching certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, did her reiki levels 1 & 2 through Maha Rose, received her meditation certification through Mind Body Green, and studied in Bangalore, India to earn her 200H Yoga Teacher Certification through Ruh Yoga. Victoria works privately with ambitious women seeking to heal chronic anxiety and achieve balance through nourishing daily rituals. Her sessions are a combination of holistic health coaching, meditation, energy healing, and intuitive movement (yoga and improvisational dance). Additionally, Victoria teaches corporate workshops to help full-time workers incorporate self-care & stress relieving rituals into their workday.
