Columbia SoCal is pleased to virtually host Columbia alumnus Bernardo Tirado '01TC, PMP, who will share his insights in finding a job in a time when companies are increasingly incorporating technologies such as artificial intelligence and online video platforms in their hiring process.

  • Tips for preparing for Zoom interview calls
  • How to network virtually
  • Latest tools employers are using to interview candidates, including pre-recorded video interviews

Bernardo Tirado '01TC, PMP is an Industrial Psychologist with expertise in developing strategic enterprise-wide business and technology solutions, designing digital transformation frameworks and roadmaps, and transforming organizations through process optimization, machine learning, and robotic process automation. 

Bernardo started his career at American Express and has led global teams transforming business units for Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan. Bernardo has successfully led program and portfolio level multi-year initiatives leading to profit and loss revenue generation and efficiency gains ranging from $20M to $150M. 

Bernardo is a ICF Certified Coach, Certified Project Management Professional, a Six Sigma Blackbelt, and an Industrial Psychologist with faculty experience and book publications related to Project Management, Leadership, and Human Behavior in the workplace.
