Pulling back the curtain on deep learning, neural networks, and Generative AI with Professor Daniel Guetta

Join fellow Columbia Business School Alumni for an engaging discussion with Professor Daniel Guetta at the Museum of Contemporary Art in LA!

The world is going through an AI revolution - from large language models like chatGPT, to models like DALL-E that can generate hyper-realistic images, the capabilities of AI are evolving at breakneck speed. These models are all built on a technology called deep learning. In this talk, we will dive into this technology, understand its origins, and discuss how it works.

Following Professor Guetta’s presentation and Q&A, there will be a docent led tour of the MOCA exhibit on photorealism entitled Ordinary People: Photorealism and the Work of Art since 1968. Guests can choose to take the tour or explore the museum on their own until the museum close at 5pm.
