    I’m seeking your guidance in regards to reaching out to United States Columbia Alumni members who are currently working on or might be interested in data analysis civil project with Open Gov data, preferably Los Angeles or Seattle Open data, but I’m open to any civil projects. I’m a novice programming in R, Python, and good with Statistics, I’d like to collaborate on GitHub.  ophelia
