Contemporary Civilization Redux: Read Plato's Republic, thru Book III

Join us for our launch of the Contemporary Civilization Curriculum book discussion Meetup based on the syllabus for the Columbia U course. We will convene our symposia at the Panera Bread in the Westwood Village just south of the UCLA campus. Over the course of the next two years we will explore the texts from the past 2500 years that have formulated contemporary civilization.
