Peter D. Coleman is a production executive, content creator, and producer of television, digital media and independent feature film.  Additionally, he is a Realtor and real estate investor. 

Peter co-founded and served as COO of ‘What The Funny’, a digital comedy content studio and distribution platform featuring creative partner Marlon Wayans. He led the company from inception to over one-million monthly views and oversaw production of more than 350 pieces of content. 

Peter has produced and overseen content for NBC Network News, The BBC, Reuters, MSNBC, Comedy Central, E! Entertainment Television and Yahoo!

He co-produced the award-winning independent feature film ‘Cross Bronx’ starring then unknown actors Max Greenfield (‘New Girl’), Jerry Ferrara (‘Entourage’), James Badge Dale (‘The Departed’) and others.  He also helped co-created the alternative content / first-run syndication department at United Talent Agency (UTA). 

Additionally, Peter served as a Press Advance Person for the Clinton White House where he traveled on behalf of the President and First Lady on multiple domestic and international trips.

Peter began his career as an NBC Network Page in New York where he worked on ‘Late Night With David Letterman’, ‘Saturday Night Live’ and ‘NBC Nightly News’.  He has a Masters Degree in Journalism from Columbia University and has completed multiple marathons and triathlons, as well as successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro – the tallest peak in Africa.
