Ironman Competitors and novice walkers alike: This is the perfect opportunity to see the beauty of San Diego and get to know your fellow Columbia Alumni for 13.1 miles!
People of all paces and fitness levels will enjoy this wonderful course and experience the thrill of a huge accomplishment.
In it's second year, The San Diego Half Marathon begins downtown, tours along the harbor, through Point Loma, Old Town, Hillcrest, Bankers Hill, and ends in the Gaslamp District. Other IVY Plus clubs may be following our lead in creating a team, or joining ours. Invite friends and experience the best way to see AMERICA'S FINEST CITY!
Although the 'Columbia University Alumni' Team is for the half marathon, there is also a great 5k option for the race!
