Take Control: Seven Steps to Becoming More Entrepreneurial about Your Career (Webinar)

Elise Lelon, Leadership Consultant to Executives and Entrepreneurs, www.theyoubusiness.com

It's never been more important to be in control of your own destiny. In this webinar, you will learn how to lead your career as a successful business enterprise, so that you own it, rather than allowing it to own you.  We will go through several exercises to help you re-frame your every day job into the business of your life. You will leave the session with a tangible business plan for your career, and the conviction that you do have the power you need to make your future more fulfilling and more profitable.

About Speaker: Elise Lelon, CEO of The You BusinessTM, is a leadership consultant who works with executives and organizations around the world, to effect profitable personal change in times of significant corporate transition. From bank chairmen to stay-at-home-moms-turned-first-time-entrepreneurs, Elise works with broad range of clients at firms including Morgan Stanley, Booz Allen Hamilton and The Corcoran Group. She has 20 years of experience working across several industries, and for Fortune 500 companies, such as General Electric, where she was trained as a Black Belt in Six Sigma. Prior to founding her own business, she served as Managing Director at Alliance Bernstein, an investment management company with $590 B in assets under management.  She co-authored a chapter for Cambridge University Press entitled,
Maximizing the Value of Leadership Development: Key Questions (and some answers). Elise has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Brown University, an EdM in human development and psychology from Harvard, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
