Poetry and Wine Salon
Limited to the first 15 people who register!

We will meet on September 17th., 2006, at 2:00pm, at the condo home of Shanna Rosen in Santa Monica. Shanna's home has a lovely unobstructed view of Santa Monica Bay. If you love poetry and have never attended one of these salons, you have missed a truly enchanting afternoon. So, come join us. Read your own work or some of your favorites. Or, if you prefer, simply sit back with a glass of wine and some cheese and fruit. (Maybe Shanna will surprise us again with a variety of quiches. The ambience is informal; and it is a good way to meet old friends and make some new ones.
THE ADDRESS: 1045 Ocean Avenue, Penthouse, Santa Monica -- right across from the California incline, about one block north of Wilshire Boulevard. Enter the building and walk up two flights. If the lobby door is locked (we will try to keep it open), call (310)576-6025.
PARKING: All-day metered and unmetered street parking is right in front at 25 cents for 15 minutes; a public parking structure is on 2nd. street just south of Wilshire (first two hours are free); or valet park at the Fairmount Miramar Hotel on the next block.
COST: Still $8.00 for members and their guests, and $10.00 for non-members. Attendance will be limited to 15 people -- so don't wait to register.
