The Distinguished Panel Includes:

Timothy J. Ballard: Co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Buchanan Street Partners, a real estate investment bank based in Newport Beach. As Managing Partner of Buchanan Street, Ballard has overseen over $1.5 billion of real estate investments. Holds dual-degrees in Economics and Real Estate Finance from Penn and The Wharton School

Jason Hodell: Founder and Managing Partner of Plainview Capital and Portfolio Manager of Plainview’s $60M hedge fund. Formerly with JPMorgan’s Investment Banking group. Graduate of West Point, former Infantry Officer, Wharton MBA in Finance

Dr. James F. Moore, PhD: Senior Vice President of PIMCO and Product Manager of Long Duration and Pension products. Formerly with Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Derivative and Asset Liability group. Graduate of Brown University, and Wharton PhD.

Heidi Richardson: Senior Portfolio Manager with Alliance Bernstein's San Francisco office. Formerly a Vice President with Goldman Sachs and Marisco Capital Management. Quoted in such publications as The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s.

Peter Shoemaker - Moderator: Managing Director of Wedbush Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. Serves on multiple boards, including Energy Solutions and ExtruMed, LLC. Received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
