Summer Internship Kickoff Event
By invitation only, this event welcomes Columbia Student interns to our alumni community and introduces our alumni community to the student interns.
This summer, the Columbia Alumni Association (CAA) and the Center for Career Education (CCE) are once again collaborating with Columbia SoCal to create a small and intimate event to bring together our student summer interns, their mentors, and local alumni leaders at the Columbia University Experience Overseas and Internships event in Los Angeles.
Columbia SoCal is proud to provide summer stipends to qualified students each year. It is our hope that each year there will be more internship opportunities made available to the bright, hardworking and ambitious students completing undergraduate degrees at our alma mater. This year, southern California will have 13 students participating in internships through this program.
The kickoff event will be hosted on the heated, outdoor patio of Pink Taco in the Century City Mall on Thursday, June 23rd from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Appetizers and soft drinks will be served.
