Austin Quigley, the Dean of Columbia College and Gerald Navratil, Interim Dean of the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science will discuss the connections between the academic skills developed at Columbia and their transferability to the professional world.  Kavita Sharma, Dean of the Center for Career Education and Malla Haridat, Director of Employer Relations will discuss effective recruiting strategies and best practices for outreach to Columbia students and alumni.
