This year, with the epic switch of the Columbia University Film Festival to a new and more spacious venue (Directors Guild of America), the CUE after party will now be at the equally famous Hollywood hot spot Bar Marmont (offshoot of the glamorous 1920s Hotel Chateau Marmont), with renowned KCRW DJ Mathieu Schreyer on wheels of steel (with special guest DJs Nitedog and Lovefingers).

An enchanting mix of slightly shabby and bohemian, a party of rock 'n' rollers may be tucked away in one corner of the bar, while lovers and friends get close and cozy over in the long, yellowed ivory dining room. Often referred to as "the place to go to misbehave", Bar Marmont is the ultimate Hollywood hangout to see and be seen!

We hope that you can all attend the upcoming events in Los Angeles to support a new retinue of talented filmmakers. This will also be a great opportunity to make new friends, as well as network, mix and mingle with fellow alumni, CUE members, and industry executives.

Complimentary tickets for entry will be distributed at the film festival screening sign-in table. Bar Marmont's kitchen and drink staff will be on hand to cater to any late night cravings or celebratory toasting; valet parking is offered at $10.

Please note, if you are not attending the festival, you will need to arrive at Bar Marmont no later than 11:00 pm. CUE Board Members will be at the door to distribute tickets from 10:00-11:00 pm only (space permitting), and you must have a ticket for entry.
